How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email telling you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

How can I modify my order?

You cannot modify your order. All personalized orders are FINAL SALE. Please make sure you select your order's preferences carefully to avoid any problems.

What if the size of my order (i.e. ring, chain length) is wrong?

Your order's preferences are final, and you cannot modify your order once it has been placed. All personalized sales are FINAL. If you receive a size different from the one you ordered, contact us , and we will be more than happy to resolve your issue.

Jewelry FAQ's:

Does the jewelry come with a gift wrap?

All women and men's jewelry come wrapped individually in their own velvet pouch or envelope. You can add gift wrapping for an additional cost of $5.

Do you do special orders or custom work?

Yes! Contact us , and we will be thrilled to work with you for your perfect GuGu.

Where is your jewelry produced?

Our jewelry is made in Miami, FL, by two very talented jewelers.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We suggest that you avoid exposing your jewelry to water, lotion, perfume, sweat, and chemical substances. That way, your jewelry will last for much longer. Many beauty products may cause tarnishing of metals. We recommend you to neatly store your jewelry when not in use. If you want to clean it, use a special cloth for jewelry, and rub it until polished.

I lost my Calliope screw. What should I do?

We do carry extra screws for your Calliope bracelets at a charge of $15. Contact us to order.

Do you have a store?

No, unfortunately, we do not have a store. Our brand is only sold through this website.

What is your repair policy?

We offer complimentary repair for damaged merchandise within the first 30 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Complimentary repairs will only be performed if payment has been received by GuGu Jewelry LLC. Repairs requested after 30 days of purchase will incur a fee based on the kind of repair to be performed. All repairs are subject to additional shipping fees. What are your terms and conditions?

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States.

What are your shipping guidelines?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing that day, except on holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. All orders take 5-9 days to ship. Personalized orders may present delays of up to 3 weeks. Delivery issues Once your order has been processed and fulfilled by us, it is the responsibility of USPS to ship your items on time. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address or a full mailbox. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns about your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my personalized order?

All orders will ship within approximately 5-9 business days. Please note that personalized orders may present delays and take up to 3 weeks to ship.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

We offer GROUND shipping and handling at a flat rate of $7 to any place in the United States via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). We also offer an EXPRESS shipping and handling service at a flat rate of $23 to any place in the United States via USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days). We do not ship internationally.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, GuGu Jewelry LLC (shopgugu.com) is committed to respecting user privacy and protecting your information. We will not distribute any personal data to anyone and/or third parties. We do not store any credit card information on file.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged the moment you place your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB; Digital Payment Solutions: Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa Checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Returns and Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your item, we accept the return of an unused and/or defective article for store credit or exchange in the United States within 14 days of purchase if the article is accompanied by its original sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are FINAL sale. Kindly note that all sales of personalized items are final, and GuGu Jewelry LLC does not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds on any such personalized items. Personalized items include the sale of articles that have a single initial engraved or personalized styles made to order. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received by GuGu Jewelry LLC. Gift recipients are entitled to nonrefundable store credit. Customers can only cancel a purchase for a refund (with the exception of a personalized item, as noted above) within the first 24 hours of purchase. Any return, exchange, or cancellation of any merchandise purchased on this website requires prior written authorization by contacting us. Aside from the written authorization, you will be provided shipping instructions.
